
Meet the Author
Hi, I’m Ada — a health and wellness author with a deep curiosity about the gut and how it affects every part of our well-being. For decades, I’ve lived with digestive issues that were frustrating, confusing, and often overlooked. Like many, I tried all the usual routes — diets, supplements, endless tests — but lasting relief always felt out of reach.
Instead of giving up, I began researching everything I could about gut health, from scientific studies to traditional medicine systems. What I discovered is that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution — our guts are as unique as we are. But there are solutions, patterns, tools, and even small shifts that can make a big difference in everyday life.
In my book My Gut: IBS, SIBO and Other Digestive Issues, I share what I’ve learned through years of lived experience and research. These insights can give you a sense of direction and remind you that you’re not alone in finding what works for your body.
Just to be clear: I don’t offer medical advice, and I’m not a practitioner. I’m what you might call an “expert patient” — someone who’s tried nearly everything and is here to share what’s actually helped, whether through my book or my newsletter.
These days, I spend as much time as I can in nature, reading research, and exploring wellness routines that feel nourishing — not punishing. I truly believe that healing starts when we begin listening to what our bodies have been trying to tell us all along.
