Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to made-to-order items. Because each book is printed on demand, it is considered a personalised product and therefore exempt under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your book arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us at with your order number, proof of purchase and, if applicable, a photo of the issue, so we can offer you a refund or exchange.
