These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “customer,” or “user”) and Wild Peach Press Pty Ltd, trading as My Gut (“we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your use of our website, online store, and your purchase of our products and services.

By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept those changes.

SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may be modified to meet technical requirements. Credit card data is always encrypted during transmission.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

SECTION 2 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have obtained parental or guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are non-transferable.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES

We aim to display our products and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device settings. All books are printed on demand; minor variations between copies may occur.

Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We may limit sales by region, jurisdiction, or customer, and we reserve the right to discontinue products or change pricing at any time.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, ORDERS & PAYMENT

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Orders are confirmed only when payment is successfully processed.

Prices exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise specified. For international orders, local duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and agree to pay all applicable charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner. Processing and delivery times may vary by region. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once your order has been handed to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our books are printed on demand and are not eligible for return due to change of mind. However, under the Australian Consumer Law, and other applicable laws in your country of residence, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to made-to-order items. Our books qualify as personalised items under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c) and are therefore exempt.

To report a problem, please contact us at within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.
